Instructions for proposals submission
Proposals for workshops should include the following items:
- Workshop title
- Name, email and bond institution of each workshop organizers
- Brief description of the main topics of the workshop and justification for why the submitted topic should be addressed in the context of SBRC workshop (max. 1 page)
- Workshop dynamics description, including forecast of lectures and / or panels
- Preliminary list of members of the program committee (if applicable), and may include preliminary version of call for papers
- Case the proposed workshop is a new edition of a workshop already presented earlier in SBRC, please include:
- Brief history of previous editions
- Number of submitted and accepted papers, as well as number of participants in the three previous editions (or in all editions if fewer than three editions have been held)
- Infrastructure needs, expected number of participants and duration of the workshop (a full day or half a day).
Proposals must be submitted by email (in PDF format) to Ronaldo A. Ferreira (raf [at] facom.ufms.br) containing in subject field the following label “[SBRC2017-Workshops].
Important Dates
Submission of workshop proposals: October 28th, 2016
Notification of accepted workshops: November 11th, 2016
Sending any material in final format to be included in the annals SBRC: April 28th, 2017
